We engaged Garden Insight to help us through the creative and planning process to rethink our front garden. At the outset, Kylie respectfully challenged our creative ideas by offering clearly better solutions, but all the while retaining the essence of what we were seeking from the space. This was made much easier with the provision of real time and iterative 3d modelling that was uncannily realistic. The creative input from Garden Insight was entirely transformative to the outcome we achieved, we are thrilled with the design and simply could not have thought of it ourselves.
Garden Insight delivered a technically proficient set of drawings and accompanying project plan that was obviously the work of an experienced and capable person with a keen sense of pride and attention to detail in their work. Good plans save money and stress for all. I estimate that net-net we saved significant money by engaging Garden Insight. We did much of the work ourselves and the trades we did engage knew exactly what to do, so came in under budget, plus they appreciated the clarity of having an exact and accurate plan to work to. Twelve months on, we haven’t had any material losses of plants or trees which is evidence of appropriate and well considered plant selection.
If you didn’t notice through reading this, we couldn’t be happier with the service delivered. In retrospect we feel value would have been delivered even at much higher fees than were actually levied. A no brainer!
